By sending the registry request and subscription order, you guarantee that you have provided true, accurate and complete information as required by the registry process, including your legal name, address, telephone number, email address and applicable billing information (company VAT and registered numbers). You agree to maintain and promptly update the your Account and Billing Information to keep it accurate.

Without limiting any other provision of the Terms and Conditions of our subscription services, if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and refuse any and all current or future use by you of our Services.

You are obligated to check your account's Billing Information to determine whether your Account and Billing Information is current and accurate, and, if not, to correct or update the Information.

Furthermore you agree that the Subscription Service Provider will issue an invoice to you about the fee of the subscription that was chosen by you.
In addition, you acknowledge to pay the invoice of the service within 10 days of receiving it and you will be able to use your subscription only after having paid the invoice submitted.
